Human Trafficking Awareness Day anchors the observation of Human Trafficking Month. It’s a day to recognize both how prevalent trafficking is today in this country, and also its historical roots. At 3 Generations we have focused our work on sex trafficking. We see how this crime connects many of our issues: from the Holocaust to MMIWG to Yazidi refugees from the Syrian Civil War to young boys on the streets of major US cities today. There is so much work still to do.
